The Bergamasco people only live in Italy. They speak Lombard, the language of a very powerful tribe during the Middle Ages. They live in the northern Italian province of Bergamo.
The Bergamasco people live just like their Italian neighbors holding the same jobs and living the same lifestyles. They do, however, have their own language, which they speak at home. And they maintain a sense of pride in their distinction as a people.
The Bergamasco are Roman Catholic like most others in Italy.
They need to put Jesus Christ first in their lives, far above church traditions.
Pray for a Holy Spirit driven revival in the Roman Catholic Church in Italy.
Pray for Bergamasco disciples to make more disciples.
Pray for the Lord to give the Bergamasco a sense of humble dependence on the only Savior, Jesus Christ.
Scripture Prayers for the Bergamasco in Italy.
