Within the central Indonesia's eastern province, the Goliath, Oranje-Gebergte people group reside in one general location close to the border of Papua New Guinea. This group's name is derived from the specific people group of Goliath.

What Are Their Lives Like?

The Oranje-Gebergte communicate with Una as their primary language in their region. This people group primarily reside within the highlands of their Indonesian island, so access to resources is quite limited.

What Are Their Beliefs?

The Oranje-Gebergte people previously followed other ethnic religions. Unlike the number of Muslims who dominate other regions of Indonesia, there is now a stronger trend towards the Oranje-Gebergte people group choosing Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
