Position Summary:
The ADOPT Program Manger owns the ongoing management of the ADOPT framework -- Awaken, Decide, Orient, Pray, and Team Up and Take Action -- guiding adopting partners and facilitators through every stage. This position would need to be filled by a volunteer or someone who would raise their own financial support.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities (dependent on skills of applicant and strategic needs of the organization. Could include tasks such as the following):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the FPG Adoption Program, from strategy through execution
- Ensure that every ADOPT stage has clear, actionable tools and resources for partners
- Translate the process into practical guides for families, groups, churches, and networks
- Refine the adoption journey using feedback and engagement data
- Partner with research and data teams to track FPG status and confirm Phase 2 engagement
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure and improve adoption funnel performance
- Participate in team and project meetings as deemed necessary
- Report monthly to supervisor with work activity and progress toward goals
