The Trawing people group live in six small villages in the Nuba Mountains in the state of South Kordofan, Sudan. They are related to the Shatt tribe. They speak Sudanese Arabic. They are also known as Daldoko.
Growing sorghum, peanuts, sesame, and beans they also raise cattle, sheep, and goats for meat and milk. They draw their water from a borehole.
Though they are Muslim, the Trawing people still practice their ancient ethnic religion.
They have no schools.
