The Sagolle people group is a large tribe farming and raising livestock in the remote Nuba Mountains in the state of South Kordofan, Sudan. Originally, they were thought to be just a clan of the Korongo tribe, but the survey team confirmed with the tribal paramount chief and elders that they are not a clan, but a tribe.
They cultivate sorghum and corn.
The Sagolle people identify themselves and Muslims, but they retain traditional religious practices as well.
They have no known schools or health care facilities.
Pray for the Sagolle people to seek and find the only savior.
Pray for the Holy Spirit to give them hearts that seek truth no matter what the cost.
Pray for loving and dedicated workers to go to the Sagolle people.
Pray for Sagolle leaders to have dreams of the risen Christ and share that dream with others.
