The Gondaru, which is the plural of Gond, live in Karnataka but they are not the same people as the large Gond community who live in central India. They are Hindus by religion.
The Gondaru speak, read and write in Kannada. They are not vegetarians and eat chicken, fish and mutton and as a cereal, rice. Alcohol is used sometimes as a drink but not too often.
The Gondaru women wear black bead necklaces. They wear saris that are not of the usual style.
Some of the Gondaru live in Goa.
Pray that God will give the Gondaru dreams and visions leading them to Jesus Christ.
Pray that gospel materials on the Internet will help lead them to salvation.
