The Kamaru people live in southern Sulawesi Island in Indonesia.

Like many people groups in this part of the world, the Kamarus earn their living by farming and fishing.

What Are Their Beliefs?

The Kamaru people are mostly Muslims, though their form of Islam is tainted by traditional beliefs which keep them from completely following Allah. Some of them are Christians, despite the fact there are few gospel materials in their language.
