Introduction / History

The Kadaru tribe lives in Sudan’s Nuba Mountains.

What Are Their Lives Like?

We know very little about the Kaduras, but their neighbors usually herd cattle and other livestock.

What Are Their Beliefs?

This is a Muslim people. As far as we know there are no Christ followers among them. Like most people in Sudan, they blend Islam with their traditional beliefs in the spirit world.

What Are Their Needs?

The Kaduras need peace. There has been fighting in Sudan for many years, and it affects everyone. Even those in remote places cannot escape the results of an ongoing civil war.

Prayer Points

Pray for a just and lasting peace in Sudan.
Pray for the gospel to penetrate the Nuba Mountains and reach Kadaru families.
Pray for the Lord to show himself to be powerful and good by sending rain to the Nuba Mountains.
Pray that soon there will be Kadaru disciples who take Christ to others.
