The Afrikaner is a group of Afrikaans-speaking White minority group in South Africa. They originated mainly from Dutch settlers and French Protestants who fled France to avoid prosecution by the Catholic church.

What Are Their Lives Like?

Afrikaners today face many problems, like discrimination in the workplace by majorities and also high crime rates in South Africa. Even though South Africa is considered a Christian country with lots of churches, the moral decay in the country is significant.

What Are Their Beliefs?

They are mainly Protestant.

What Are Their Needs?

Afrikaners need to turn back to Jesus Christ. This is a country with many churches but with so few people attending church or living like Christians. They need protection by the Majority government against violent and racially motivated crimes.
