Surajbansi Rajput in India
soo-rahj-BAHN-see RAHJ-put

The Surajbansi Rajput, who originally belonged to the Kshatriya caste, have a fascinating history dating back to the 5th century. Rajputs were recognized as a class of South Asian warriors and nobles for centuries. In the early 1970s, Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi abolished the titles and property rights enjoyed by Rajputs. The majority of Surajbansi Rajput love to share about the military exploits of their ancestors and are still in military service or own land. Their identity is often wrapped up in their proud history.

Ministry Obstacles
Surajbansi Rajput have a strong sense and pride concerning their historical exploits. Pride is anathema to our Lord. The Surajbansi Rajput will need to overcome this spiritual obstacle and accept the Kingdom of God like small children if they are going to enter it.
